Our interface allows you to confirm individual dimensions quickly, or bulk upload a CSV to confirm dimensions more efficiently. We'll provide an export of all of your current dimensions on Amazon so you can build your own source of truth, or compare Amazon's dimensions against your sources.
Yes. Once we have a confirmation from Amazon that your incorrect dimensions have been fixed, we'll follow up to make sure that Amazon reimburses you for previous orders that were incorrectly charged fulfillment fees (because they were based on incorrect dimensions).
Yes. Currently, our FBA Fee Protector is only available as an add-on service to our Reimbursement Recovery Service.
You can cancel at anytime. If you have an active subscription at the time of your cancellation, your subscription will be valid until the listed expiration date. If you'd like to deactivate immediately and request a refund, contact SellerBench Support for more details.
